Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. By uploading any audio material, you confirm that you own the rights to such content or have explicit permission to distribute it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayOnce from any claims arising from your uploaded content.
You retain all rights to the materials you upload. PlayOnce does not claim ownership of any user-uploaded content. However, by uploading, you grant us a limited license solely to process, store, and serve your audio for the purpose of providing the one-time playback service.
We will not share any of the audio files uploaded in any circumstance. Your uploaded audio remains private and is automatically deleted after playback or expiration. We do not distribute, sell, or transfer your audio content to third parties.
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and deletion of associated content without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
